You will need the following ingredients to make this Easy Fruit Cocktail Wine Recipe

(1) 1 cup (250 mL) Canned Fruit Cocktail.
(2) 1 (250 mL) cup Sugar.
(3) Pinch of Wine Yeast.
(4) Sterilized mixing spoon.
(5) 1 quart (approximately 1 litre) glass jar or small crock.

Easy Fruit Wine Recipe Instructions:

(Step 1.) Pour canned fruit cocktail, then sugar into the glass jar or small crock. Sprinkle on a pinch of yeast. Partly cover.

(Step 2.) After 24 hours, stir and partly re-cover.

(Step 3.) Let sit partly covered for 2 weeks.

(Step 4.) Then, again add 1 cup fruit and 1 cup sugar. Stir, partly cover and let sit 2 weeks.

(Step 5.) Repeat Step 4 as required. Keep at room temperature.

(Step 6.) By now, you should have some sweet tasting Fruit Cocktail wine that is ready to drink.

If you want to sample your homemade recipe and (A) and continuing to make more
...pour out a maximum of half the crock into the secondary clean container. Refrigerate the secondary container to stop the action (fermentation).You can drink after 24 hours.Continue with Step 4.

If you want to sample your homemade recipe and (B) and make more at a later date...pour out all of the crock into a secondary clean container. Refrigerate the secondary container to stop the action (fermentation).You can drink after 24 hours and move onto the next step.

(Step 7.) Add to ice cream, pudding or use as a glaze. Also excellent with a touch of White Wine, Brandy, Creme de Menthe or Galliano.
